RECEIVING YOuR BAG

DO: Enjoy unboxing your dream bag and make sure to check it thoroughly when you receive it. store and keep all packaging, including the box, tissue paper, and dust bag.

AVOID: Discarding any packaging materials.

WEARING YOuR BAG

DO: Enjoy wearing your bag, More takes care of everything.

AVOID: Overfilling your handbag to maintain its original silhouette. Take care to avoid contact with heavily embellished clothes, sharp surfaces, or chunky jewellery. If rain is forecast, remember to take an umbrella.

STORING YOuR BAG

DO: Store your bag in the dust bag provided to maintain the shape of it and protect it from scratches

AVOID: Do not store any other items on top. Keep away from direct sunlight exposure and humidity to prevent fading.

CLEANING YOuR BAG

DO: Wipe your bag with a soft and dry microfibre cloth. This is an easy and safe way to care for it.

AVOID: Cleaning the bag yourself beyond this - we do not recommend using water to wipe your bag.

Returning Your Bag

DO: Make sure to pack your bag exactly as you received it. Fill your bag with the tissue paper provided, making sure to wrap any handles. Return the bag in the dust bag and box provided.

AVOID: Rushing the packing process, take your time to ensure everything is secure and protected. Proper care during returns ensures the bag stays in pristine condition for everyone to enjoy.

Special Materials

CANVAS

Keep away from any perfume, oils, smoke and moisturisers; avoid rubbing against raw and dark materials.

FINE FABRICS

Take care to avoid contact with jewellery and keep your bag away from water exposure and smoke.

WOVEN

To maintain the shape of your bag avoid overfilling it, handle with clean hands and keep away from water.

If your bag gets wet, it is important to act quickly to minimise damage:

Blot Gently: Use a clean, dry cloth to gently blot the wet area. Do not rub, as this may cause damage.

Air Dry: Allow the bag to air dry in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources like radiators or hair dryers which can cause the material to warp or crack.

Stuff and Shape: For structured bags, stuff them with tissue paper or a soft cloth to help retain their shape as they dry.
